本會為香港(VR2)區域的IARU通訊確認咭管理局，提供收咭信箱地址，為有需要的同好服務，收取及寄出你的通訊確認咭。如有任何疑問，請發送郵件至Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它
The Hong Kong Amateur Radio Transmitting Society (HARTS) manages the IARU QSL Card Bureau for the Hong Kong (VR2) region. We provide mailbox services to receive and dispatch your QSL cards. Enquiry please send to Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它

通訊確認咭請寄以下郵政信箱：

各會員可於月會(若無特別通告，每月第二個星期二晚上六時四十五分)到香港業餘電台聯會無線電通訊支援服務中心取回通訊確認咭或聯絡 通訊確認咭管理局經理 (Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它) 以作其他安排。另請各會員留意，如你的會籍已過期超過三個月，你的呼號將不會在篩選呼號名單中，我們建議你盡快續會。
請盡快安排取卡以免積存過多，多謝合作。

Collect cards at monthly meetings:

Membership notes:

• Expired > 3 months → callsign not included in sorting list.
• Please collect promptly to avoidd card buildup.

非會員 For Non-Members
非香港業餘電台聯會會員之業餘無線電台持牌人而欲收取回覆卡片：請付上貼足郵資及適當尺寸之回郵信封，連同處理費每封HK$20元，寄送往QSL卡片管理局以取回卡。我們歡迎你加入香港業餘電台聯會成為會員以享受免費選卡服務。
QSL卡片只保留三個月，未能付上回郵信封者。無人領取者，唯有棄置。

Licensed amateur operators who are not HARTS members:

• Provide a self-addressed return envelope with sufficient postage.
• Include a handling fee of HK$20 per envelope.
• Send to the QSL Bureau to retrieve your cards.

⚠️ Important:
QSL cards are kept for 3 months only.
Cards without return envelopes or unclaimed cards will be discarded.

親身 In Person：
聯會在每個月的第二個星期二舉行例會，例會詳情按此，時間則由下午6時45分開始，至約8時結束。

郵遞 By Post︰
請用劃線支票，抬頭付「Hong Kong Amateur Radio Transmitting Society Limited」，及在支票背面寫上閣下之呼號∕姓名。勿付期票或郵寄現金。亦可將會費存入匯豐銀行戶口號碼098-540313-838 或 轉數快FPS ID:7655103，並請把存根正本一同寄回。
Post  a crossed cheque payable to “Hong Kong Amateur Radio Transmitting Society Limited” with your Callsign/Name on the back of the cheque and post the application form to us.
OR
Deposit the membership fee into Hong Kong Bank account no. 098-540313-838 / FPS ID: 7655103 and post the original pay-in slip and the application form to us.

準會員 Associate
(未持有業餘電台牌照 Without Amateur Radio Licence)

普通會員 Ordinary
(已持有業餘電台牌照 Amateur Radio Licencee)

永久會員 Life
(已持有業餘電台牌照 及 成為普通會員滿一年可以申請 Amateur Radio Licencee with at lease 1 year Ordinary membership done )

會費 Membership Fee (二零一二年四月十五日起 Since 15 April 2021) :

入會費 Entry fee : $100 （首次加入時繳交 Pay when joining for the first time）

1. 年費 Annual fee : $200 (普通會員 Ordinary) / $100 (準會員 Associate)
        或 OR
   入會費 及 5年普通會員會籍年費 Entry fee & 5 years Ordinary membership fee： $800
2. 永久會員費 Life membership fee : $4000

護照呎吋近照兩張（請在後面寫上閣下之姓名∕呼號）Two Passport photos (please write your Callsign/Name at the back)
業餘電台牌照首頁及操作授權證明副本 Copy of the first page of your Amateur Station Licence and Authority to Operate
身份証明文件（身份證或護照）副本  Copy of personal identification document (ID card or passport)

什麼是通訊確認咭

通訊確認咭（QSL 咭）是無線電活動中通訊雙方的一個紀錄。咭上紀錄了雙方所使用的器材、發射功率、頻率等。不少業餘電台都會自行設計獨特的通訊確認咭。收集通訊確認咭亦成為不少不少業餘電台持牌人的興趣。
